Our 1st Anniversary - one year Livintage

HELLO LOVES,

it has been a while - exactly one year ago, on August 23, 2013 - since we decided to make our own blog. It's usually a bit stressful to publish posts every week and find new topics and ideas to present you. The layout and the right html codes also gives us reasons to fall into despair. But we are always happy when everything finally works the way we want it to, we get nice comments and new followers. That's why we would like to thank our readers, followers and commenters for reading, following and commenting and we hope to have even more of you in the future :)

Baguette (We used light bread)
Iceberg lettuce
Rucola | Rocket
(Olive) Oil, Salt & Pepper

Baking Temperature ca. 180°C

Go for whatever makes you HAPPY - Look #summerspirit

Hellooo! Currently I'm in Sweden, 'my second home'.

Since we were there for the first time, my grandpa calls me 'Little Swede', because of my blonde hair and my blue eyes. We hope you're enjoying your holiday as well. Make the best of it!

By the way, this bag is homemade. It's so easy to make, just use a sharpie (We call it Edding).

BERRY PUDDING - Summerfood I #summerspirit

Ingredients

700g mixed berries

150g castor sugar

6-8 slices of light bread

whipping cream

pudding mould (850ml)

            I
               Wait until the berries and the sugar are boiling and let them simmer for 2-3 minutes.

            II
               Meanwhile you can cover the mould withslices of light bread.
   !!! Don't use a Bundt Cake pan like we did !!!

               Now you can fill in the berries and put some more bread on top.
             Put it in the fridge and leave it there for 8 hours.
